How To Instal A Boat Centre Console

Hidden talents: Filippo Belletti

The idea of this interview (and those that follow, I hope) is in contrast to those Cyberluke , in a sense: he has professionisti del settore, figure importanti e in qualche modo conosciute nel loro ambito; "gente che ha studiato", come direbbe mia mamma.

Until recently, taking pictures was a passion and now, over 30 years, you're turning into a profession ...
We live in a society where brain death behind a desk passes for normal. I think it is right to rebel against this deception, and try at least once in life to realize a dream. The challenge (or bad luck if you prefer) is to enter a photographic market inflated by several factors: micro-stock agencies, millions of amateur photographers who post anything on their phone is able to capture thinking is a work of art, contest without prizes whose sole purpose is take pictures for free. Scope for action are very few, quality and creativity are necessary but not sufficient conditions to succeed.

The architectural photography, best of ruined buildings, it's your favorite subject. Why?
The architectural photography is the "negative" of my character: rigor, geometry, possibly black and white. In short, are a bit 'square ... The attraction of the ruins instead stems from a personal form of "uneasiness" toward modern values: profit, ostentation, indifference. These are things that do not belong to me.

Molti tuoi scatti sono stati fatti all'estero: ci fai qualche esempio? And we know that you have a particular fondness for Berlin ...
East Germany is the result of abandonment. A trip to Saxony (Leipzig, Zwickau, Chemnitz) and Brandenburg (Dessau, Potsdam) means into a world of at least 30 years old, where, walking to shops and homes, it is not difficult to find pictures of Honecker and flags of the former DDR. Here, institutions and factories are just a few years have started major works to upgrade (see pole brick Zeitz and the car in Zwickau). Berlin instead is the most beautiful European capital, not from a tourist point of view but a cultural, social, architectural ... unfortunately my wife you do not want to download!

prefer a shot long studied and well done already in the car, or you rely more on post-production?
Absolutely the first model. Labour at 90% with tripod and remote shutter release, a photo studio and trying to imagine a positive result (color, color changes, size ...). To give an idea of the subject of research, study, preparation and execution, also used by an average of 30 to 60 minutes per unit.

Do you have references, the "masters"? Other photographers, artists, architects or maybe?
Well, I am Emilia, and how this fanatic of three illustri conterranei: Franco Fontana, Luigi Ghirri, Olivo Barbieri.

Oggi tra fotocamere compatte, cellulari, Photoshop e Flickr sembrano tutti in grado di essere bravi fotografi: dove sta the line between amateurism and professionalism?
The border is there but not seen. Personally I find a professional who, in addition to devoting heart and soul to this sport, he found his own style, his way of doing photography. Maybe not let nobody buys, style, however, has its own identity. By comparison with the music, is the difference between the player and those who cover up their own music.

What will your next project?
I have two projects in the pipeline. One is called "Night Secrets Verona," in progress, where I go from the world welcomed the abandonment and do something for my city. In practice, a collection of special night views of Verona (the challenge is to recognize all the places, and no one can ...). The second (if confirmed) will cover the former General Stores in Verona.

to abandon the traditional "job" to face the world of freelancing in Italy, nowadays, among other things is a good dose of courage. Do you have any advice to give to those who are planning to follow in your footsteps?
Andy Warhol said: "You have more power when it is silent, because as people start to doubt yourself." The responses do not kill more of the waste, do not be slow on this.

Image taken from the web

... And just like that,
the last box is closed, sealed,
the last nine years in this house are nice and packed,
gently, carefully,
that do not consume nessuna emozione.

c he possa durare
all the time that I'll miss .

L 'HURRICANE' COCONUT MILK "

Every time I go in to shop and I come across any ingredient or product rarely see and if I try I can not find, I act as if any moment in my city you were to kill a hurricane;

in an exaggerated way to catch reckless quantity packages, cans or cans that will fill the shelves of my pantry (the stuff that are the envy of any supermarket delicatessen department).

Then, fortunately for me, the hurricane did not arrive, and understood that this is not used immediately or even fall into oblivion;

the what is fun but when, at times, taken from us, or the desire for "something different" I find myself doing the raids in the famous pantry to snoop on what you are hiding inside.

So between now and the other a peek, I glimpsed them several cans of coconut milk

"Oh God, I think ... will have already expired!"

but after reading, but not before they had recourse to my magic glasses 40 post (who knows why due dates are indicated in small print) I can breathe a sigh of relief because the fine dreaded date is still years away.

Ok, I'm happy, but what am I doing, what I invent? As always have recourse to the valuable help of the Internet in search of a thousand recipes where this ingredient is used ... wow, is there to lose, the web is full of compelling proposals, but ironically, of all the recipes if I'm missing an ingredient I do another.

What rotten luck! No, I do not try to win to make some changes, and some substitution, or go or nothing, now churn out my cake!

"COCONUT MILK CAKE"

Ingredients
For the base
250 g of cookies with chocolate chips
(to be replaced with gluten-free biscuits in the case of food intolerance)
150 g of butter
2 tablespoons of sugar cane
For the filling
100 g of grated coconut
90 g almond flour
(or 190 g of grated coconut as recommended in the original recipe)
50 g of corn starch
3 eggs
400 ml coconut milk
200 ml cream
397 g condensed milk
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
To cover
100 g dark chocolate
100 ml cream
cocco grattugiato q.b.
Mettere i biscotti nel mixer, aggiungere lo zucchero di canna , quindi frullarli grossolanamente;
amalgamando ben bene;
Pour into a container, the coconut milk and dissolve the cornstarch;
join the rest of the ingredients and mix together.
Pour the mixture into the cake tin that covered the outside with aluminum foil, making it waterproof and will place that in turn
in a bigger pan filled with water half
and then bake in the oven, a water-bath at 170 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes,
taking care to cover with a sheet of paper aluminum.
Prepare the glaze by boiling the cream lightly,
you turn off the stove and melt the chocolate into pieces, pour on the cake, pies, frosting in its entirety above dropping a rain of shredded coconut .
I advise you not open the oven
before they have been at least 40 minutes into cooking,
once while the cake baked, open the door in part and leave the cake in the oven for 30 minutes.
should be served at room temperature.

Incredible while on Palermo began to thunder, I close the windows, soon it will rain; course, that's strange, is not a hurricane, but the pain time has come ... 'd better come and be pampered by a late-summer pie that sweeten our fresh (finally) days.
