Antique Bath Milena Velba

Bombs carnival Annamaria

The name I gave it .... in fact these are real sweet and right of both heat and bombs of goodness!
The recipe was given to me by the ever dear Anna, I have the same kind gift of sourdough . The dough and the final result very reminiscent of the donuts.

BOMBS OF CARNIVAL

250 g of Manitoba flour mill Chiavazza
250 grams of flour 00 antigrumi Molino Chiavazza

2 medium potatoes 25 gms of yeast dissolved in 3 or 4 tablespoons of warm water 75 g sugar

75 g butter, softened 2 eggs 1 pinch of salt

a glass of limoncello lemon peel

light extra virgin olive oil for frying granulated sugar

Boil the potatoes in their skins, then peel and mash with a potato masher.
Sift the flours in the bowl of the planet, add the potatoes, yeast dissolved in water, sugar, eggs, limoncello and lemon peel chopped fine. Begin to knead with the hook. When the ingredients are blended, add salt. As soon as the ball has been formed to begin adding the butter a little at a time, adding the next only when the former was well absorbed from mixing. Allow to work for ten minutes, turning the dough often.
Far remarry until doubled in a warm place (oven with the light on).
Take the dough and shape would like. I made the donuts (as did Anna), balls and finger rolls crescent. Place hand in hand on sheets of parchment paper dusted well flour, cover and let rise again for another hour.
Friggre the hot cakes in olive oil making them brown well on both sides, drain on absorbent paper and immediately roll them in granulated sugar.

Very good !!!!!!

The ideal would be accompanied with whipped cream. I have them because they were only served at the natural part of the cake I made for dinner last night (with my brother, the girl and my parents) ... it was just too much. The other side of you sweet talk to you soon.

Until next time!
