a summit meeting? Because the dish I am presenting today is the merger of two excellent products: pasta de "The pulp of Gragnano" and a fabulous "Pesto Pantesco" of Kazzen I had the pleasure to discover during Golosaria 2010. SPAGHETTI WITH PESTO GRAGNANO Pantelleria is

Ingredients for 2 people: 160 gr of spaghetti
(the spaghetti was not in the package but my previous purchase, which is why for me, knowing already the product is even more a source of pride to work with them)
1 / 2 jar of Pesto Pantesco (sun-dried tomatoes, almonds and capers are the main ingredients )
3 chicken fillets
almond flour fillets
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper

Remove the skin on chicken fillets cut into abundance. Lightly dredge in flour and brown in a large pan with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. In the same pan, pour the fish sauce and let it warm up with a couple of tablespoons of water. Ingredients: 1 package

BOMBS OF CARNIVAL

75 g butter, softened 2 eggs 1 pinch of salt

Boil the potatoes in their skins, then peel and mash with a potato masher.

TASTY CHICKEN ROASTED POTATOES WITH CRISP


Serves 2: Chicken

uffa, sembrava un disco rotto, anche se a forza di ascoltarla ero io che mi stavo rompendo e non il disco;ad ogni modo, alla fine cedo, più per sfinimento che per convincimento e così, alla vigilia del Sabato, figuriamoci se una festa potesse festeggiarsi in un giorno diverso da questo,eccola lì, sempre lei, l'amica fidata, inchiodata al campanello della porta di casa miapronta a concedermi giusto il tempo di aprireper catapultarsi dentro il mio armadio alla ricerca del look ideale,che io e non lei avrei dovuto (secondo lei), agghindata in quel modo lo avrei fatto "crollare".

Figuriamoci...vestita,o meglio, travestita in quella maniera sembravo più pronta per andare su un marciapiede che ad una festa!

H or thinking about starting this partnership with a pizza .... the dough used is always the one I made the stuffed pizza But this time I used whole wheat flour you ...... still carry the recipe for comfort

PIZZA HOT DOG WITH SEMI INTEGRAL AND PATE 'ARTICHOKES

150 grams of flour 0 Molino Chiavazza

150 g wholemeal flour mill Chiavazza
9 grams of dried yeast sourdough Antico Molino Rosso

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1 / 2 tsp
salt 1 / 2 teaspoon sugar (or malt or honey)
150/160 ml Water
I entered all the ingredients in the bowl of the machine (water - oil - sifted flour - salt in a corner - a corner in the sugar - the yeast in a corner) and I set the "dough" that lasts a hour and a half of dough and leaven. 200 grams of chocolate to 55%
40 g butter 40 g of water

Prepare cream English: to re-hydrate the gelatin in cold water. Boil together the milk and cream. Collect the egg yolks in a bowl with sugar and stir with a whip trying to incorporate as little air as possible.
